 The General Tradesman position is able to complete a wide range of construction tasks within a commercial construction environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Including but not limited to): 

-Complete tasks assigned by the project leadership.

-Ensure work is completed by following direction of the Superintendent and in following the safety plan of the company.

-Ability to perform construction projects of various forms with limited to no supervision.

-All other tasks as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: 

-Working knowledge of commercial construction including but not limited to sheetrock, framing, painting, door hardware, electrical, plumbing, masonry, concrete finishing, etc.

EXPERIENCE: 

-1 years experience in a commercial construction environment REQUIRED.

-Federal construction experience strongly preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

-This position is in constant physical mode and requires everyone to follow the safety plan of the company.

-Moderate levels of stress may occur.

DECISION MAKING:

-This position has limited to no decision-making authority
